I met Kent Melton when I was working at Disney and he was kind enough to let me watch him sculpt his maquettes once in a while.
His sculptures were so brilliant and his speed was beyond belief. He could sculpt one of these masterpieces in a day or less, and his poses were beyond perfect. His talent was one of those things that forces you to rethink everything you thought you knew.
