We all know that the original KING KONG came out in 1933, true, but what if I told you that there was a giant ape in a movie from Spain called, EL NEGRO QUE TENÍA EL ALMA BLANCA (1927) which translates as THE BLACK MAN WHO HAD A WHITE SOUL.
There is one scene where a woman dreams and she dreams that the poster of the black man some how comes to life and it becomes this fish-eye lens scene with a live black man and it suddenly turns into this giant gorilla with its mouth wide open and inside the mouth we see dancing natives.
Some how this image predated the image in the poster for the 1976 KING KONG remake.
Remember, it is politically incorrect and a bit scary.

You have been warned.
Also, John Berkley, you got some explaining to do.
