The Well (2023)
Federico Zampaglione’s fusion of Lucio Fulci, Argento, Lamberto Bava and a dash of Stuart Gordon. Madcap ride with curses, witches, torture pits, and doomed American tourists. Doesn’t make a lot of sense, but if you like the energy and absurdity of 1980s Italian horror, then it’s the film for you.
Oh, and for more contemporary slasher fans , it has the beautiful Lauren LaVera in the lead.
