Dekalog (1989) aka Dekalog: The Ten Commandments aka The Decalogue
A series of ten short films directed by Krzysztof Kieślowski for Polish television. Like the Colors Trilogy it is a unique work which should be watched in its entirety due not only to its basic unifying theme and intent, but also shared characters and location. Though inspired by the ten commandments, Kieślowski said that the films did not correspond exactly to them, and never used their names himself.
Despite its religious themes, other than the reoccurrence of a particular, unexplained character (Artur Barciś) there is no overt supernatural content. Some have assumed the character to be God personified, but a good argument would need to be made for it.
The very first film does approach something close to Science Fiction.
