During the 60's and 70's was kind of a golden age of those silent 8mm/Super 8 films for a generation of kids whose parents couldn't afford the sound versions or even the 16mm versions that seemed more complete than the condensed highlights on 8mm.
My question is that most of those released were the Universal classics as well as Warner, Hammer and AIP.
I dont recall seeing any MGM Horrors on silent 8mm/Super 8 like THE MASK OF FU MANCHU, MARK OF THE VAMPIRE and MAD LOVE?
Also since Universal owned the rights to some classic Paramount titles, They released DR CYCLOPS and The Marx Brothers movies but I dont recall Castle Films releasing ISLAND OF LOST SOULS on silent 8mm/Super 8?
