He was very nice when I phoned him to ask about MONSTER THAT CHALLENGED THE WORLD for my commentary -- he was Morty, the randy Navy boy Salton Sea-swimming with pretty Jody. In addition to his one or two stories, he also taught me how to say his name. A happy-to-help guy with a nice sense of humor (based on the five minutes I had with him). R.I.P.
