Old Time Radio & Audio Horror • BLAKE OF SCOTLAND YARD, 1927 radio program

While researching the lost 1927 serial, BLAKE OF SCOTLAND YARD, I found that there was a 12-episode weekly radio show of the same name that began broadcasting in June 1927. From the evidence I found, it looks like the radio show's episodes had the same titles as the serial chapter titles, and that at least a few characters had the same names. Perhaps the 15 to 20-minute (although the first clipping says it's a 45-minute show, the listings are scheduled for 20 minute slots) radio episodes were a tie-in to the serial and had the same story. If anyone is interested, I've posted a short novelization of BLAKE OF SCOTLAND YARD that was serialized in newspapers in the "Lost American Silent Serials" thread in the Thrills and Chills forum, beginning with post #58.
