Due in January, the follow-up to the hugely successful Kleks Academy (2024), based on the 1946 book by Jan Brzechwa, translated into many languages, that bears a resemblance to Harry Potter with Prof Kleks running an academy for aspiring wizards.
This time, Professor Kleks is forced to return to reality and confront the technology that threatens children's dreams, while his place at the Academy is temporarily taken by the faithful bird Mateusz. The story is full of extraordinary questions: can Ada Niezgódka's love for the robot Albert restore his human heart? Will Filip Golarz's invention - tempting children with the vision of life without imagination - forever change their way of thinking? And does fantasy still have the power to defeat modern technology?
