Golden Age Horror • Biggest Golden Age Holy Grail?

I'm doing a Thanksgiving commemorative viewing of King Kong, which of course has me what-if'ing about the elusive spider pit sequence... which got me to thinking:  What are CHFBers' biggest Holy Grails from the era?

The Spider Pit Sequence?
Lugosi's Frankenstein Screen test?
1930's The Cat Creeps?
London After Midnight?
Stark Mad?
The 1943 Dr. Terror's House of Horrors?
The Widgey Newman (aka RW Lotinga) '30s horrors Castle Sinister and Unholy Quest?

Any others I've left out?  (I'm sure there are at least one or two I've overlooked...)
