This was highly recommended to me as including all the various versions of Witchfinder General.  The Conqueror Worm version here with the Paul Ferris score here is NOT the U.S. Theatrical release. What's missing is the correct title which in the U.S. was the misspelled Edgar Allen (sic) Poe's Conqueror Worm (NOT Matthew Hopkins Conqueror Worm.)  And that ending: Vincent Price's spoken closing verse doesn't have ANY screaming underneath it in the U.S. theatrical, but a soft repeat of the intro to the love theme, which then begins after "...and its hero the conqueror worm."  This portion was done extremely carefully for the U.S. release, which you wouldn't know from the bizarre, bogus version here (which was also among the extras on the British Blu-ray from Screenbound.)  Also missing is some soft organ music in the background of the church reunion scene with Richard and Sara. And about 15 seconds of prelude to the main theme in the Richard/farrier scene! Also, the U.S. print lopped off about 12 seconds of the gorgeous Richard/Sara love scene in the first reel, resulting in a bad jump in the music. That's not here either. I do treasure this set, but I'd very much like to have a true U.S. theatrical version on disc as well. I've always loved  this film; I have never heard an audience erupt into louder cheers than during the climax of this movie, by the packed audience in the theater at Bethesda Naval Hospital, in Maryland, in 1968. It was incredible!
