Horror Fiction • Talk About Obscure Mystery Authors

The inciting incident for this thread was that I re-watched 1972's REFLECTION OF FEAR, about which I posted in PSYCHO WARD, and then wondered if anyone here had read either the movie's source novel, GO TO THY DEATHBED, or anything else written by the author, who was mostly published in the sixties and seventies under two names, Stanton Forbes and Tobias Wells (though said author was actually female mostly writing under male names). Even though I deem the movie a misfire, I'm almost curious enough to look up the novel on Open Library to see what the original idea was.

But since I don't expect all that many people will know that particular author, if any, I thought I might as well open the thread to all sorts of comments on obscure mystery writers.
