Golden Age Horror • George Waggner cameo in The Death Kiss?

I’m watching this movie for the first time, and at 6:27 George Waggner appears and has a brief bit of dialogue with David Manners.

I could not find any credit given to him for this movie, but unless I’m blind- I’m sure it’s him. Has anyone else noticed this?
