Japanese Giants • “Revenge of the Gargantuas” ( 1991 )

I read this is a “sequel” and it seems legit but where is it? 
I’m guessing, despite its length of just over two hours, 
that it’s just another grandiose fan film in private hands. 
Or simply internet noise.
