Another forum reports that Film Masters is prepping a Blu-ray two-fer of NIGHT OF THE BLOOD BEAST and ATTACK OF THE GIANT LEECHES. There will be audio commentary for both features by the Tom Weaver Players and a documentary of some sort from Ballyhoo.
I haven't ordered the Gemini release, so it's an easy choice for me to wait for the Film Masters edition.
