Amiable, with good musical interludes. A few hits, more misses. In the dream sequence, which lasts most of the movie, the impressions of "Bogart" (Guy Marks) and "W.C. Fields" (Bill Oberlin) are fun; Elliot Robins'" Brando" isn't. Oddly, "Vivien Leigh" is on board, too, but as Scarlett, not Blanche DuBois, which would seem to have been a natural since "Brando" is around. Jay Robinson's "Dracula"/"Bela Lugosi" is miscalculated. His "with it" schtick gets old quick. A full moon renders one passenger younger. Lithe Gerri Reddick partners with one of the Bloodstones for a nimble number. Cute: Falling snow accompanies "Nelson Eddy" and "Jeanette MacDonald" wherever they go. Director Charles Rondeau also helmed "Devil's Partner" (1960).![😕]()
