Sorry to see that Dabney Coleman has taken his final curtain. One of those always reliable character actors who was great in anything, be it movies or TV. I remember first hearing his name--when I was growing up--when he was doing guest shots on shows like THE FBI, where the show's cast, title, and guest stars were announced. (As was common with Quinn Martin-produced shows.) His short-lived '80's sitcom BUFFALO BILL was hilarious, and ended much too soon (compared to others like M*A*S*H, which was fine for a while, and went on far too long, I thought). I didn't realize until I saw the credits that it was him playing Kevin Costner's father on YELLOWSTONE.
