Off Topic Discussions From Another World • "The Portal"...an "art installation" fail.

So...it's essentially a webcam set up at two locations...one in NYC, the other in Dublin. Each enormous, circular screen presents a live, unbroken street scene from the other city. Has there ever been a more open-handed opportunity for pranksters and exhibitionists? Mooning, bird-flips, twerks...it shouln't surprise that such antics began immediately, at least one leading to an arrest for lewd and lascivious behavior. But in the name of art, it seems any ill-advisable idea can get a green light.
