A thousand years ago, the Sparrow Demon (Daniella Wang looking great in red as the evil villain) was locked up in a mural by Phoenix Angel (Liu Mengmeng in white) who stayed with the Sparrow Demon within the mural to keep an eye on her, in disguise as Wei Sheng.
The Sparrow Demon slowly grew in strength. Each year, a dozen unsuspecting souls were sucked into the mural, revelling in the Fairyland which unknown to them held more demons per square metre than the Den at Millwall FC. The human souls were married off to ghost brides who then sucked their souls and fed them to the Sparrow Demon to enhance her power.

This year, a school of artists are sucked into the mural to wed the brides. Leading the band is Zhu Xiaolian. He falls in love with Wei Sheng (Phoenix). Together they join forces to defeat the Sparrow Demon - but there is a price to be paid, one of them must die!
Available in all the usual places for Asian movies - Dramacool etc. You might recognise Daniella Wang from Croc Tsunami / Crazy Tsunami last year in which a tsunami when it recedes leaves behind a giant crocodile that terrorises an Asian coastal resort.
