I've been rewatching the Underdog series, and was surprised that the Fearo storyline copies most of it's beats directly from King Kong. Going to get the great ape from it's remote island, to being chained and put on display in the big city. It was less litigious times, but it surely must rank as the most derivative of King Kong klones.
