'80s, '90s Horror & Sci-Fi • THE WILLIES (1990)

I enjoyed this PG-13 horror anthology.
Not quite GOOSEBUMPS kiddie fare but still family oriented horror.
What is everyone's thoughts on this movie?
And has it ever been released on DVD or Blu Ray? I know it was released on VHS.
