Francis helps Donald O'Connor pick winning horses and save breeder Cecil Kellaway and daughter Piper Laurie win the big race and thwart gangsters trying to stop them. Decent entry and I liked the supporting cast. Jesse White as a detective, Hayden Rorke working for gangster head Barry Kelley, Don Beddoe and Peter Brocco as doctors and Vaughn Taylor as chief inspector. 3/5
